Qualifications:
– 5+ years of experience in animation, creative, film, advertising, or writing field.
– Have a strong passion for animation, art, and storytelling.
– Good leadership and management skills are a must.
– Professional English skills.
– Understanding of content business and always staying up to date with new industry trends.
Job Descriptions :
– Working with Creative Supervisor to create original content and marketing strategy
– Plan original content development, and make or decision on pitching and budgeting for assigned project
– Select or assign a suitable director, writer, or artist for each pitching project
– Represent the studio in animation festivals
– Maintain relationships with potential partners and talents
– Be the point of contact for the legal team
