How much does shipping cost for Five Legacies?
The shipping cost for 1 unit of FIVE LEGACIES for express delivery is
- Bangkok and its metropolitan area is 500 THB.
- For areas outside Bangkok and the metropolitan area, delivery via postal service costs 500 THB.
- For deliveries to remote areas or islands, please reach out to the IGLOO Store team at store@igloostudio.com
before placing your order.
If an order is placed without prior contact, IGLOO Store may cancel the transaction.
I noticed damage on the product
If your order arrives with serious damage, please let the courier know and reach out to us through our website. We’ll take care of it for you.
Please note that the warranty protection applies solely to the product and excludes the parcel box.

Once your order is completed, you’ll receive an order number, and the order details will appear in your account.
Pre-order
Can I cancle my pre-order?
Yes. Please contact IGLOO Studio within 24 hours after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Kindly note that IGLOO Studio reserves the right to retain 10% of the deposit, and cancellations cannot be made once the order has been shipped or is in transit.
Payments
Which payment methods does IGLOO Store accept?
You can pay via PromptPay or credit card — please note that a small processing fee applies.
How to request a refund for a purchase?
Consumers have the right to cancel the contract by sending a written notice of cancellation within 24 hours after placing your order . The Company shall refund the full purchase price paid by the consumer within 15 days from the date of receiving the notice of cancellation.
